Fantom (Vladislav) was a representative of evil forces, the antagonist of the series. Before he became known as Fantom, he was a greedy and cruel Prince of the human world, who wanted to subdue the fantasy world.
He used to work for the Lord, but later realized that he had been deceived and was forced to hide.
In the story, "Pot, don't cook" makes an alliance with the Fantasy Patrol. He promised that he would help find Helena's parents, and in return, they would help him regain his appearance.
In the episode "Beauty and the Beast" regained its appearance with the help of a scarlet flower, but became younger.
